• 2 cups of cooked Quinoa

• 1 egg

• 1/2 cup of bread crumbs

• 3 tsp of finely chopped onion

• 2 tsp of finely chopped parsley

Combine all ingredients until thoroughly combined. If the consistency is very watery add more bread crumbs Make each burger and cooked them in a frying pan Flip each side to get a golden #quinoaburger.

You can add other vegetables like shredded carrots or bell peppers!"
