Add a boost with vegetable broth instead of water!
Ingredients:
1 cup of our organic Quinoa - Uncooked
1 Teaspoon of olive oil
2 cups of vegetable broth
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1. Toast the quinoa in a small soucepan, heat the olive oil over medium high heat until shimmering. Add the pre-washed quinoa and cook. Stirring constantly, to let the water evaporate and toast the quinoa, about 2 minutes.
2. Add broth and bring to a boil (twice as much liquid as quinoa) Turn the heat down to the lowest setting. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the pot from heat and let stand for 5 more minutes, coverd. Fluff quinoa gently with a fork and serve. Enjoy.
